The marvelous musicians of the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra (WCYO), ages 8-18, share their talent and enthusiasm for music in an exciting and inspiring interactive performance, while introducing the audience to the instruments of the orchestra! Join Conductor Eric Mahl, as he takes us on a journey through the orchestra, meeting the instruments, hearing their individual sounds and then seeing how they come together to make beautiful music together! After the 45 minute performance, the musicians will greet audience members in the lobby for an instrument “petting zoo” to see the instruments up close. Come spend an afternoon with the Western Connecticut Youth Musicians and Meet the Orchestra!
