About this event
Dallas Hip Hop artist Cure for Paranoia will headline The Echo Lounge & Music Hall?s fifth anniversary celebration show on Saturday, November 28, 2026. This will be Cure for Paranoia?s first full-band Dallas show since winning the NPR Tiny Desk Contest earlier this year. Also appearing is Damoyee. Cure for Paranoia is the Dallas hip-hop and soul collective founded by Cameron McCloud, who was placed on medication for bipolar depression and paranoid schizophrenia a decade ago - and found the music worked better. A preschool teacher by day, McCloud posted a new verse every day of 2025, and those dailies became "No Brainer," winner of NPR's 2026 Tiny Desk Contest. All Ages Event. Doors open at 7PM. Show starts at 8PM. Scheduled Lineup: Cure for Paranoia, Rosegarden, Funeral Party, Damoyee, Devy Stonez & Friends (Scuttino & Coach Tev), DJs Barbifartsss & Bisha Afterparty: Brandon Blue All sales are subject to increase the day of the show. Support acts are subject to change without notice. The Box Office is open on show days only (2 hours prior to doors). Hours vary per event.
